Visually it expresses a light straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections.
\nThe blend gives an expressive and dynamic aromatic profile with hints of orange blossom, white peach and typical vegetable notes.
\nIn the mouth it is dry, fresh, savory, at the same time you perceive the heat expressed by the alcoholic component.
\nThe pleasant structure and persistence is also supported by the mineral soli which gives a sapid background.<\/p>\n

It is a blend of native grapes such as Vermentino, Albarola and Bianchetta Genovese to which a share of the Bosco variety contributes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The average grape production is 90 quintals \\ ha, obtained with short pruning and sorting in the harvest which is carried out in the coolest hours of the day, the freshly harvested grapes are stored in cold rooms for temperature control until pressing. which occurs with extreme care to prevent any oxidation and preserve all the typical aromas of the precious grapes.
\nIt is a young and ready-to-drink wine with intense and expressive aromas obtained with a particular and prolonged stay on the fine lees at low temperatures.
