Good expression of pure Barbera \u00a0\u00a0obtained from grapes selected and harvested by hand in the sun facing vineyards called “Braja”, located on \u00a0the Castle Estate.<\/p>\n

Preserving\u00a0 40% of the wine\u00a0 in fine woods for 6\/8 months softens the acidity and gives a balanced tannicity and persistence.<\/p>\n
